UK Suppliers of Industrial and Automotive Air Tools - R & A Air Tool Services Ltd - Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy:

• We at Trydart Limited trading as  R & A Air Tools UK currently deliver , track and offer insurance with our carrier UPS.

• When delivery is made by UPS it is on their Standard Scheduled Delivery within the UK.

• Next day / overnight may be available to UK destinations at extra charge - contact us to discuss.

• For Deliveries outside of  United Kingdom please contact us.

• Insurance is available on all deliveries and is calculated as 1% of the total order value this can be added to your order at checkout.

• We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days from clearance of payment, should delivery be other than this we will notify you.

• All deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. They will usually be delivered between 8AM and 5PM on working days only. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods. Please let us know if you need deliveries outside these times.

Returns Policy:

1. All breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24hours of receipt in writing by fax on 0121 446 4237, or email on returns@randaairtools.co.uk.

2. For returns contact us in writing by fax on 0121 446 4237, or email on returns@randaairtools.co.uk, no return will be accepted without a "Returns Note Number"

3. Trydart Limited trading as  R & A Air Tools UKretain the right to impose a restocking charge on none faulty returns.

4. On breakages / deficiencies postage ( max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

5. The customer is responsible for the item or items on any return until they reach Trydart Limited trading as  R & A Air Tools UK.

6. No reimbursements will be issued until it is established where the problem lies.
