Do You Deliver?
Yes on our own vehicles within a radius of approximately 70 miles from central Birmingham UK, or Europe /  World wide  delivery on our carriers UPS - see our delivery policy for more details.

Can you Carry Out Demonstrations on Tools?
Yes a demonstration can be carried out either at your premises or ours. Also in certain cases loan tools can be arranged. Demonstrations are at this point offered only for our UK clients or clients visiting the UK.

Do You Do Tool Repairs?
Yes we are appointed repairers for Chicago Pneumatic, Desoutter, Georges Renault and Universal Tools (including warranty repairs). We also repair most other makes of tools, We can collect, usually on a weekly bases within 70 mile radius of central Birmingham UK or we can send in our contract carrier to uplift the tools. All you have to do is pack the tools in a suitable manner, UPS will collect same day if notified before 12 noon and we will receive the tool the following day.
